Flatlet by the sea

The house overlooks the Irish sea facing south/south west at the front and overlooking a tennis court (public) and golf course at the rear. Views are special with great walks on your doorstep. The house is a 15 minute walk to the village centre and under 10 minutes brisk walk to the local Pub. The suite is on the ground floor at the rear of the house with its own access. Small Inflatable beds can be provided for up to 2 at a small extra charge. Food available on a self service basis as agreed.

Margaret is our fantastic shepherd’s hut

Our cute and cosy shepherd's hut gives you the best of both worlds. Hidden in a green oasis next to a waterfall and near the beach, the hut is just a short walk from Laxey's pubs, restaurants and shops. Our hut has a full size double bed with a proper premium mattress, a bathroom with all the facilities and a fully equipped living area that gives cooking, eating and sitting space. Our hut is a tiny house, not a big tent- all that you need is cleverly fitted into a stylish, cosy hideaway for two.

The hot tub by the waterfall-inclusive facilities

Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a 12 seater wood burning hot tub (private, hot when you arrive, and electrically heated overnight), gym, and firepit, in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course a mile north, and shops and pub 1/3 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

Orchard Cottage at Ballawyllin Farm

Orchard Cottage is a luxurious, high quality, open plan dome-shaped cottage. It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55” TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area, exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub, and shared access to a sauna, set in a separate patio area.

Castletown Studio - 5 mins from airport

This homely 1 bedroom studio is a perfect solution for your visit to the Isle of Man. It is special place which is close to supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, tourist attractions making it easy to plan your visit be it biking, walking or exploring the Old Capital of Mann (Castletown). The Signet Studio is 5 minutes from the airport and well connected to a frequent bus service. My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
