It is very close to Nea Makri, Rafina and Marathon, quite populated places in summer time, very attractive for swimming, good food and night life. The villa has a nice garden with a 50- square-meter swimming pool, a BBQ, a pizza oven. 30 minutes from the airport or Athens. Ideal also for remote work, 200 Mbps internet.
