The cabin is situated on wheels tho you might not notice. Lots of natural wood, and a private deck for outdoor leisure. All are welcome, including well mannered pets. We are taking special measures between guests to sanitize and ozonate surfaces. Self check in for added security. Private, clean, safe.

Located right in the heart of Whidbey, a short drive from the mountains, beaches and hiking trails, yet a world away from the day to day. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy a cook out by the fire pit or dine-in in your own spacious suite. This suite has its own entrance, amazing views, queen sized bed, flat screen TV, wifi, kitchenette with cooktop, small sink, microwave, mini fridge with fresh eggs from our free range chickens, full bathroom, and free private parking.

Historic Discovery Bay Beach Cabin Stunning Views

Experience healing and peace with the sound of gentle waves on Discovery Bay. Our cabin was built in 1939 by our grandfather who was an early businessman in Port Townsend. He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

The Nut House

Glamping in the trees. Come experience the beauty and serenity of being in the forest in a unique craftsman treehouse on beautiful Camano Island just an hour and ten minutes north of Seattle. Your private parking and short trail leads to a short cable bridge into a cozy 150 sq. ft. cabin 13 ft above the forest floor. You’ll be surrounded by mahogany walls with a cozy full size futon up in the loft. If the futon is too cozy a campsite is available. The treehouse is warm even on chilly nights.

Tucked into a lush rain forest, this cozy and private tiny house is a peaceful retreat for slowing down. Inside Ebey’s Preserve (A division of the National Parks), this unique location Is full of history. Minutes from Ebey’s State Park, and a short drive to Deception Pass State Park. Eagles, deer, otters, and wildlife out all the windows. Lovely deck overlooking the water, a fire pit patio with waters view. Fantastic get away for a wonderful time on Whidbey.

The unique appeal of Camano Island is that it offers visitors a real-life island experience, including a strong arts scene. Recreational activities such as biking are popular here. The island is also home to Camano Island State Park, which boasts 173 acres prime for camping, hiking and bird watching.

Enjoy a beach oasis just a 3-5 min walk from your accommodation. This secluded beach offers easy access to 2 kayaks and a fire pit perfect for cookouts. This is a getaway for those who wish to reset and relax while enjoying all that Whidbey Island has to offer. Sip on a local coffee while gazing at 180 degree views of Useless Bay, Mt. Rainier, and quaint farms. Walk to Deer Lagoon to observe the over 170 species of birds taking up residence.

Views from all 5 floors of this rustic hand built treasure, get away in our secluded ocean view, lake waterfront home. Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.
