This UP diamond in the rough is located in the old mining community of Nort' Lake; once a bustling and rustling proud community (Circa Late 1800's). Now, a quiet neighborhood ideal for bicyclist, hunters, fishing enthusiast and resting after countless adventures here in the beautiful Upper Peninsula. There are so many sites to see within miles of Grandma's House. Though this home was built in the late 1800s, you will immediately feel the warmth and comfort of a modern day living experience.

This is a small log cabin located approximately 10 miles from downtown Marquette in a quiet neighborhood. Its nestled in the woods where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest but is still in close proximity to hiking, biking, cross country ski trails, and Marquette Mountain for downhill skiing and all Marquette has to offer. It is approximately 3 miles from the snowmobile trail and can be accessed using Green Garden Road. A very easy ride to the trail.

The SUPERIOR Life Cottage

Completely renovated in 2017 and just up the driveway (past the main house) from the shores of Lake Superior, it's the perfect place for families and those looking to take in all that Upper Michigan has to offer. Guests have huge walk in shower and full bathroom amenities. Kitchen features Large island for entertainment purposes, full stove, oven and large fridge freezer option. This space has been remodeled in its entirety august 2021.

Nick's Backyard Bluff

We are proud of the space we provide and strive to make it comfortable, clean and affordable for your UP visits. So, relax with your family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. We recently added a gas/charcoal grill and updated the seating areas. We will continue to work on improving this home and hope to have a bar & grill and storage built in the back yard and available for next year.

The Sugar Shack

🌿The Sugar Shack is a cozy 12x12 rustic cabin tucked into 40 Acres of Northwoods and located 17 miles north of Marquette. Hidden in the foothills of the Huron Mountains, you will be in close proximity to our best hiking trails, waterfalls and beaches. The little town of Big Bay is nearby with a general store, fuel, bar, cafe and restaurant.
