A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Seventh Heaven

This is an immaculate self contained studio attached to the main house, with a walk in wet room and a jacuzzi bath. There is a kitchenette area which consists of a kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, fridge and microwave. It is fully equipped but there is no cooker, however there are lots of good restaurants in the nearby town. The accommodation is located 10 minutes from Fort William town centre and has a panoramic view of Ben Nevis.

The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores! We are 6 miles from the beautiful Glen Affric and 2 miles from Plodda Falls. Making this an idea location for walkers. Owners live in house next door, so are often available if necessary.
