This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The best location in Wilmington. My sweet spot is a studio/loft over a detached garage behind the main house. Large upstairs studio apartment with private entrance from main home. Minutes to Mayfair shopping, restaurants, theater and Wrightsville Beach. Unit equipped with mini fridge, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, King size bed, sofa sleeper and TV. Private bath and shared laundry. Apartment is above garage and is attached to my main house so I appreciate guests who are respectful of the family home environment. PLEASE NOTE- there is only 1 king sized bed, not 2 beds.
