Welcome to my classic Berlin style home. Start your day with a walk around the lake, grab a coffee next door, go shopping on Kurfürstendamm or visit the famous Schaubühne theatre - all within 15min walking distance. You live in the heart of West Berlin with zoo and opera close by and excellent access to public transport. You will stay in the guest area of my larger Berlin home, but all privately while I travel. Sweet completely newly renovated 2 room apartment in the heart of Charlottenburg. This apartment was closed for almost 6 months due to a complete renovation, (that's why we lost our super host status) It is located right by Stuttgarter Platz. On a beautiful old tree lined Berlin street. Right next to a lot of great restaurants and charming little shops and only a 15 min walk to Kurfürstendamm. 10 min to S-Bahn Charlottenburg and U-Bahn Wilmersdorfer str.

We offer a very nice, newly renovated flat close to the garden of the Charlottenburg castle. You stay in a separate 50qm-part of our large apartment with your own entrance, living-kitchen, bath, living-floor and 1 sleep-living room in an old 1906 building. Children are welcome . Charlottenburg-castle is very close with it's wonderfull garden. A perfect place for couples (with one child).

Die Unterkunft wurde im November 2022 umfassend saniert.
