Großzügige, lichtdurchflutete Räume ermöglichen den freien Blick in den wunderschön angelegten Garten. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 1 Wohnzimmer mit großzügigem Essbereich, sowie eine große modern eingerichtete Wohnküche und eine Gäste WC. Im Obergeschoss sind 3 Schlafzimmer eines davon mit offenem Bad en Suite und ein kleineres Bad.

In Pensin, not far from the town of Demmin, in the Mecklenburg Lake District, you can rent a tiny house in a rural atmosphere. It is only a 10-minute walk from the houses to the Pensin water hiking rest area and the small beach on the Peene. You can take day trips to the Baltic Sea or to the lake district with Lake Kummerow or the Müritz. The Peene offers the opportunity for water hiking all the way to the Baltic Sea.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
