Historic Downtown and our legendary bike trails are just 2 miles away.

Perfect for work or play! The hospital is 10 minutes away, and Idaho State University is just down the road. Walk to Ross Park Zoo, nearby parks, and the swimming complex, plus enjoy locally owned restaurants close by. Outdoor adventure awaits minutes away at City Creek and Edson Fichter Nature Area, with easy access to Pebble Creek Ski Area and relaxing soaks in Lava Hot Springs. This penthouse has served many purposes, from a ballroom during the roaring 1920s to a manager's suite, a pigeonhole, and now transformed into a modern loft! Newly renovated, it preserves its historical essence while meeting modern demands.

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

We are 3 minutes from the free way and 2 from the hospital. Lava Hot Springs: 25 min away, Skiing: 15 min away, Yellowstone: 2.5 hours away.

The Luxe Loft

The Luxe Loft is a private, newly built, 750 square foot loft space at the top floor of a spacious shop with an open floor plan. It is located in an upscale area with incredible, sweeping views of the area and surrounding mountains. You can often glimpse deer and other wildlife from the windows and off the deck. During the summer months, the landscaping is spectacular. There is a balcony area with a bistro set to enjoy a meal or beverage while enjoying the scenic views.

CARIBOU YURT- An Adventure Getaway

This gorgeous, owner-made, hand crafted, fully furnished YURT with mountain views, spectacular sunsets, and star gazing by the fire, you will be ready for great nights sleep snuggled under the puffy down comforter on the comfy queen bed. You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided. Awesome get away or stop along your way, or just come & play!

The G.O.A.T House

Come enjoy a stay at our cozy single level home with a rustic feel. Inside features a full kitchen, a relaxing living room, 2 full bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms. Outside features a big yard with lots of space for games and activities. It is surrounded by beautiful ranch/farm land with animals nearby. It is located 11 minutes from Lava Hot Springs, 20 minutes from Downata Hot Springs, and 25 minutes from pebble creek ski area.
