The Stables is a lovely romantic retreat with the addition of a BRAND NEW HOT TUB (installed February 2020) The hot tub is electric, seats 4 and is positioned on the patio outside of the bedroom and is very private. Open glazed stacking doors to create an idyllic indoor-outdoor space overlooking an extensive, well-treed garden. The stone exterior and tiled roof contrast with the modern living area within. Whip up a Jamie Oliver recipe in a contemporary kitchen. Tastefully decorated with oak floors and doors, contemporary kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Good size bedroom with a super king size bed. Sofa bed in living room. Views from both rooms overlooking a very pretty garden. Parking for two cars. French doors off the bedroom and concertina doors off the kitchen and living room onto a private patio with patio furniture and BBQ for you to enjoy. Private driveway for two cars, the converted stables is a completely gorgeous private place for you to get away from everything. Well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob and oven. The open plan kitchen and living room has a dining table, sofa bed, TV, the bedroom has a super king size bed with ensuite bathroom and large wardrobe. I will check you in and out and you can call/email me if you need me. The guesthouse is set within a large private garden in a stunning valley surrounded by gorgeous countryside. Take lovely walks from the property and visit good pubs nearby. Historical Bath is only a short drive away. There is a bus stop about 25m from the garden and it's about a 10-15 minute drive into Bath. You have a terrace to sit out on and enjoy. The property over looks the garden of the main house which is rented out some weekends. The stables is very private and is positioned far from the house. See the photos on the listing. The garden is for use by people booking the main house but if I’m staying there while you rent the stables you are welcome to explore the extensive gardens.

The Conker Store - hideaway near Bath and Priston

A converted coach house which has been recently extended and refitted. The Conker Store has a private patio, wood burner (October - March) and parking. Both bedrooms have flexible sleeping arrangements - super king size beds / 2 singles. One bedroom can be arranged with just a single bed leaving space for home working (or cot). Excellent pub with restaurant in village and walks on your doorstep. 5 minutes drive to the Bath 'park and ride' and 10 mins drive from the wedding venue - Priston Mill.

On a bus route (temporarily suspended on week ends) and perfectly located for Bath(6 miles to centre) Cheddar Gorge and Wells etc in the heart of the Mendips. Ideal for guests attending the wedding locations at Priston Mill, Radford and Camerton. It has a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath, is a fabulous detached property. A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table & chairs. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

A lovely light and peaceful barn set in the countryside just outside the world heritage city of Bath. Fabulous views over the surrounding countryside. Plenty of wonderful walks through the Cam valley and beyond right from your front door. Two wonderful pubs within walking distance. The kitchen area is small with a fridge, kettle, toaster and single induction ring, so good for simple meals and breakfasts. Please note there is no dining area in the barn so meals have to be eaten on laps!

WEEK COTTAGE is just 3 miles from Bath city centre and sits in two acres of woodland in the heart of the Cotswolds AONB. It is three minutes from Bath Park and Ride allowing easy access to the World Heritage City of Bath. It has extensive gardens and fantastic views overlooking the Somerset countryside yet is only 3 miles from the centre of Bath. There are four bedrooms which will comfortably sleep eight people.
