Vero Beach, a hidden gem nestled direct on Ambersand Beach, the heart of the Treasure Coast with incredible views from the rooftop terrace. The views are incredible from the large rooftop terrace with seating/lounge chairs to sunbathe and enjoy the sunrise from the Atlantic with your coffee and the sunset overlooking the Indian River with your cocktail. For the active ones, we have two double seat kayaks to drop in the lagoon across the street and two beach cruiser bikes. Views for days!

The third bedroom is a separate in law suite that faces the marina side and features a small kitchen, queen bed, futon and private bathroom.

There is an oversized private outdoor shower with hot & cold water for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Sea Grapes Beach House has a view of Indian River in front while having the oceanfront view in the back. There are five bedrooms with very comfortable beds with fresh linens and quilts. In December of 2022 we added a pool with a heater. Sea Grapes is close to the Sebastian Inlet Park, Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge (bike or walk), and a 15 minute drive to the best restaurants in town. Be ready to feel like you are on your own private island.

The Riverside Cottage is 1of 4 luxury, completely private, residences that sit on a 1.7 acre resort style property. The acreage is beautiful with 3 docks, great for mooring boats and fishing. The property boasts mature oaks, and stunning river views. This home is a 1040 sq' newly remodeled gem on the river, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property is a hidden treasure with 3 semi private boat docks, shared only by our guest with endless views.
