Cabin 1 - Unit 2 at Blue Mountain Rest

We are pet friendly but there are pooch fees and a pet policy. Please go to "additional" House Rules. Unit 2 is only one of 4 cabins on this property. We have other listings in case this one is not available. BM Rest in the center of the Adirondack Mts in NY State. We are open year round, spring, summer, winter & fall. Our all season Adirondack Chalet is nestled on a quaint cove with its own sandy private beach + babbling brook. Our vaulted ceilings with an open floor plan are ideal for entertaining. Includes a wheelchair accessible ramp entrance with 2 bedrooms, full bath, and wood burning stove on the first floor. A 3rd bedroom and 1/2 bath are upstairs. Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the Green Mountains of VT and the Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. We also have the West Cabin available for your family and friends.

Amazing mountain and lake views from every window. 50' of direct water access with small sandy beach, outdoor firepit and grill, and multiple hang out spots. The cottage is newly built and furnished, has an indoor fireplace, central AC, fully stocked kitchen, and screened in room overlooking the lake. There are 2 kayaks available for use. Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Enjoy your time in the ADK relaxing at our newly renovated, private and spacious home. This is a 4 season retreat. We have lake rights to Lake Pleasant-swimming, kayaking, or canoeing are only a 10 min walk. Please note: our lake access is shared with neighbors. Rent a boat for a day of fun. There is also plenty of hiking nearby. In the winter, enjoy the slopes, Oak Mountain is 5 mins away and Gore Mountain, only 30 mins. There is quick trail access for your snowmobile as well.
