Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage on the farm. Our cottage is nestled on 150 acres in Independence, MO. This home offers a living room, dining room (seats 8), full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room/mudroom, and 3 bedrooms. (King, Queen and full bed). You will find a front and side porch to sit and relax as well as a private back patio where your family can enjoy a fun evening. Each bedroom offers a comfortable bed, hangers for clothing, and a fan to help you relax.

Updated historic bungalow just a 10 minute walk to the Independence Square which is a FIFA World Cup Region Direct Stop!! Enjoy all of the history our neighborhood has to offer by visiting the Truman Presidential Museum and Library, The Truman Home, Frontier Trails Museum, Independence Train Station, and the Community of Christ World Headquarters which are all within walking distance! Just a quick drive to downtown Kansas City as well as Arrowhead or Kauffman Stadiums or the Silverstein Arena!

It's equipped with 1000 MBS internet, Xffinity live TV including HBO and Showtime, bicycles, fishing poles, guitars, baby grand piano, play station and more. We have a new computer and laser printer for your convenience. A full kitchen with two ovens and beautiful dinning room. The best part is the location located across from the temple lot.

Plus an added bonus a fully stocked coffee bar. Also added is a EV 240 volt receptacle for charging EV over night. Must have your own cable to plug in.
