We're 15 minutes from Allerton Park & Retreat Center, 25 minutes to Champaign and 30 minutes from Decatur. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!

Situated right in the heart of downtown Utica! This upstairs loft suite is beautiful and right above one of Utica’s best known restaurants Skoogs Pub and Grill. Walk out the door and you are steps from restaurants, shops, museums, bars, and so much more. No car needed to explore this great historic town! You will have access to bicycle rentals to bike to Starved Rock State Park as well and that can be set up for you!
