The flat has it's own small garden at the front, with great views over the harbour, and a small courtyard off of the living room with pot plants and herbs growing for your culinary use when dining in.

The property is on the ground Floor and is fairly on the level to beach, pubs, restaurants and car parks. unusual as Ilfracombe is known for its hills. NO kitchen, NO outside area, No pets, unsuitable for infants.

It is a great place for couples, walkers, business travellers, families (with kids), and groups of up to 6 people.
