Our house is located in a quite and safe historical neighborhood in Woodley Park. It is located within a walking distance, about 5 minutes walking, to Woodley Park Metro Station, Smithsonian's National Zoo, and many restaurants and bars. There is a separate entrance at the rear side of the house, and a parking space available near the entrance. Our place is ideal toward people staying here for work. No extra guests other than requested and no party or smoking allowed. No pet allowed.

Perfect open space for 1-2 guests. Comfy king-sized bed, couch, work space, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and Keurig (but not a full kitchen). Private entry, space into basement unit and private bathroom. Near fabulous restaurants/ bars. About 15-min. walk to Metro green line. Note: While suite is private and closed to main home, home has 2 cats—a consideration for those with allergies. Also, it’s an old, connected home with original floors, and thus not soundproof.

This welcoming space is the perfect getaway. Clean, private, and spacious with a king bed at one end of the room and a living room with a fold-out twin-sized sofa and desk at the other end. The apartment has a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, and coffee maker), and bathroom. Offstreet (driveway) parking for one car mere steps from your private keyed entrance. A 10 minute (0.5 mile) walk to Clarendon Station on the Orange/Silver Metro line for easy access to Washington, DC.
