Our little house of 55 sq.m. is waiting to accommodate you by providing you with all the comforts of a modern home. It is suitable for families up to two kids. 340 meters away there are beaches, restaurants and beach bars. Fortunately, the mini market of the village started working again.

Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

It features a stone paved yard where you can relax, eat and enjoy the sea view as well as a flower garden beneath. Just 3 minutes on foot to the beach and a 7 minute drive to Agios Kirikos, the capital of the island, it is ideal for relaxing and memorable vacations.
