Located approximately 6 minutes to War, WV and HMT trailhead. A Short, nice ride to the Wilmore Dam, and to High Rocks. NEW ADDITIONAL PARKING FOR LARGE TRAILERS across the street from the Cottage. In addition to approximately 50 ft. in front, 40 ft. in back, 30 ft. on the side of the cottage. SEE PARKING PHOTOS. We are on Rt 16, part of the ”Head of the Dragon” Motorcycle Riding Route in Caretta, WV. You will have easy on/off access to “Warrior Trail” from Caretta or War.

About 5 minutes away from Gilbert area, where trail heads start. Quiet area & cozy. With access to in ground pool. The pool is open from June 1st to September 1st. Only about 5 minutes from R D Bailey dam with picnic/play areas and visitor center with a nice view of the dam and lake. Great for boating and fishing. Welcome to Creekside Cottage! We are located 1 minute from Route 16 near the Warrior Trail System of the Hatfield McCoy Trails which also connects to Pocahontas, Indian Ridge, and Pinnacle. We are also near the “Head of the Dragon” motorcycle ride as they also use Rt 16 and about 20 minutes from Welch. Newly updated home in a peaceful area. Parking across the street suitable for big trailers!
