In June you can watch ire flies. All the rooms are made by Japanese special wood , Hinoki and sugi. The smell is amazing. This area is really tranquil and you will be able to make relaxed. And easy to get to Koya-san (40 min by a car)

(rent a BBQ stove set for 1,500 yen) It's about a 10min walk to the small beach on the island. You may even encounter deer or raccoons around the villa. *Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
