The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

City centre: One room apt. (studio) on the 6th floor (elevator, don't worry) with big balcony overlooking one of the central lakes. All sights within walking distance. Sleeps two, but only if you love each other – the foldout-futon has been converted to a flat-bed with top mattress due to guests getting back-aches. 120 cm wide. Smoking on the balcony – only – is okay. And no, I don't have any more photos :-) Check-in and check-out at 11 noon unless other arrangements have been made.

Wifi, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, towels and bedding. We live upstairs.

120 kvm stort hus med 3 soveværelser, med senge til 8 voksne. Der er endnu en ekstra soveplads (sovesofa) inde i stuen, så 9 sovepladser i alt. Huset ligger 600 m til en badestrand og 200 m til supermarkeder. Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

This cozy apartment is in one of the most unique neighborhoods in Copenhagen, surrounded by quiet water canals in the south part of the city. From here you can jump in the canal for a swim (either in summer or winter), go for a walk/run in nature next door, or enjoy local restaurants, cafes and local shops. The home is 10 minutes away from the center by bike or by bus. You can also take the public boat that cruises through the city and goes to the beautiful Nyhavn.
