Pappy’s Roost (Old Town Vibe!)

Verified provider!! Pappy’s Roost is vintage and is up the street from a railroad track that has locomotives coming through very slowly because of the tight confines of Harrodsburg. The track is not extremely close, but you can definitely see the train when standing on the sidewalk in front of The Roost. The Roost still can offer sound sleep at night because the proximity is not near enough to the tracks to be startling or disturbing to sleep. Pappy’s has been restored and has every amenity!

This house is on a peaceful country road and has three bedrooms, two full baths, and a double driveway for parking. The newer appliances include a refrigerator, cook stove, dishwasher, and coffee makers. For your convenience, we provide the coffee for you to prepare. You will find water and soda in the refrigerator. Nearby are the Cedar Creek Lake, Lincoln County Fairground, and the Boyle County Airport. It's very near Stanford, Kentucky, about ten miles from Danville, and ten from Lancaster.

The location is also central to the distilleries: 15mi to Maker's Mark, 35mi to Jim Beam, 50mi to Woodford Reserve, Lexington, and Louisville

A short walk to downtown Danville, this renovated second-floor gabled apartment is perfect for a visit to Centre College, a tour of the Bourbon Trail, or a weekend retreat in Danville. The apartment has a studio layout with private bathroom and private entrance. It has one queen bed with additional twin mattress upon request. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious shared or reserved garden with fire pit, BBQ grill, and covered patio for small gatherings.

2 Bedroom Home in Junction City

This home belongs to my parents. They travel frequently and are not always on the property. They have separate living quarters in the rear of the home that is separated from the rental space. There is no shared spaces in the home with them. Upon retirement, they decided to open up part of their home to assist in their quest to travel more. We hope that you enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the simple home they have lived in for many years.
