Located steps from the vibrant village square of New Hope, Pa and Lambertville, NJ (across the Free Bridge), this lovely accommodation is on 2 acres of tall trees and flowering gardens. The park like grounds feature a Covered Bridge,2 Gazebos, wrought iron lawn furniture & privacy. The historic accommodation features a Frplc & Q-sized bed & is furnished with hand - picked antiques, fresh flowers & original artwork, & has all modern hotel amenities plus wifi, flat screen tv, a/c, & more. Aaron Burr House- Room 3

Room 3, also known as the Wig room is an amazing pink gem. Located on the first floor of the Inn you are steps away from the coffee nook and outdoor living space. One flight of stairs up brings you to the shared living room and dinning room where breakfast and snacks are served daily per request for a small additional fee. The Wig room is perfect for one-two people and guarantees to make you feel like you are waking up in a pink dream every morning. Private bathroom. Breakfast $15 per person

Aaron Burr House- Room 6

Room 6 also known as The Wollstonecraft Room, is cozy and perfect for one or two people. Located on the second floor of the Inn you will have easy access to the shared living room and dinning room. One flight of stairs down bring you to the first floor of the Inn where the coffee bar is, and from there you are steps away from the outdoor patio space. Private bathroom. Breakfast can be served per request for a small additional fee. Daily Housekeeping is not provided with an Air B&B booking.

Porches room #1

Beautiful room with a Queen size bed on the 1st Floor of a Bed & Breakfast located in the heart of New Hope. Private bathroom with tub/shower. This room has a private access that will take you from your room out to the canal. Includes all amenities including a Keurig, T.V., shampoo and all other bathroom needs. Breakfast is available for an additional $15. There are big wrap around Porches that are just steps away from your room. A great place to sit along the canal and people watch.

Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming oasis. Centrally located, with onsite parking. This room can sleep 4. There's 1 queen bed and 1 pull out sofa. The other bed is a single. It is on the 1st floor so it's easy access. It is beautifully adorned kitchen with old school woodwork and a really neat Meale oven. We do have 2 night mandatory stay on the weekends, however feel free to rent 1 night during the week. Breakfast available - $15 per person.

Room 2 The Madison Room, is cozy yet perfect for one-two people. Located on the first floor of the Inn you will have easy access to the shared outdoor living space and coffee bar. One flight of stairs up bring you to the second floor where the dinning room and living room are located. On request breakfast can be purchased for $15 per person. Daily Housekeeping is not included with an Air B&B reservation. This and all rooms have private bathrooms

Room 1, also known as the Hamilton Room is perfect for 1-2 people. Located on the first floor of the Inn with a king bed there is easy access to the outdoor living space and coffee nook. One flight of stairs up will bring you to the shared living room and dinning room. Breakfast can be served on request for an addition fee of $15 per person. Daily housekeeping is not included through Air B and B. This room and all rooms have private bathrooms.
