Nothing high-end here (except the mattress) but very comfy, clean, and private. Also the bathroom has it's own on-demand water heater (not shared).

There is free parking in our private parking lot, fast 1 gig/second Wi-fi, washer/dryer in apt, and apt is behind secure gate w/keycode.
