The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Within the Derbyshire Dales, 2 miles outside Brailsford village. The newly built shepherd hut is nestled on the edge of a small woodland with spectacular views overlooking fields and woodland. It is in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature and wildlife. The hut includes a double bed, bathroom, shower cubicle and a small kitchen area. With towels and linen provided. Also exclusive use of a tennis court and bikes with the hut, just a short walk away is a private fishing pond for you to enjoy.

There could hardly be a more peaceful setting, surrounded by fields and with Mill Dam Lake on the opposite side of the road. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, cycling and outdoor pursuits with the Tissington Trail, Dove Dale & major attractions like Chatsworth House & Alton Towers within easy reach.
