The Stables - Tunstead Cottages Enjoy the peace of the Norfolk countryside. Our rural, dog friendly cottage on the outskirts of Tunstead. Close to the Norfolk Broads and the coast, yet only 30 minutes from the city of Norwich. The Stables is on an old farm on the outskirts of Tunstead village. In a peaceful part of rural Norfolk with views of the big Norfolk skies, farmland and fruit fields. Cottages have a pool but its on private hire and booking is separate also has a shared games room.

Nestled in the very heart of Horning this detached house lies just a short stroll from the river, shops, pubs, tea rooms, cafes, delis and restaurants. Mandalay has a beautiful south facing patio garden, fully fitted kitchen, sociable living and dining area, three bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC. Off street parking and garage for bikes, boats and fishing gear. Beaches only 15 minutes drive away. Lots for all ages to do nearby. Relax by the river in the prettiest village on the Norfolk Broads.

Situated on Norwich's historic Elm Hill, this luxurious townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, contemporary design and character. Its quirky interior reflects its 500 year old life as a weavers house, now updated for modern city living. It backs onto a park and river walks. Dogs are welcome! There are two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed is available upon request. We are sorry but the staircases and uneven floors make it unsuitable for young children or those with limited mobility.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

It offers 4 large bedrooms, a beautiful double vaulted kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room with a cosy wood burner, a snug, 3 bathrooms and a W/C. The floors are natural limestone with underfloor heating throughout. Oak Barn has two outdoor seating areas, a sunny court yard and a fully enclosed lawned garden.
