Courtyard Cottage is a quintessential thatched, two bedroom homestay that has been carefully restored to provide a luxury retreat. Spacious & comfortable with open-plan lounge/ kitchen, stone floors, whitewashed walls and oak doors leading out to a sunny courtyard perfect for relaxing after a days exploration . The property is part of a 16th century former farmhouse, set in the centre of an unspoilt Somerset village, just a short walk to a gorgeous pub serving locally sourced food & drink.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Set in the grounds of our thatched farmhouse but with total privacy and peace. Renovated to a high standard, the cottage is spacious, sunny and has a hot tub for your private use! The perfect get away, with lovely rural views and complete tranquility but local villages and towns are only a stone's throw away. Large well equipped kitchen with dining, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and two good sized bedrooms, all tastefully decorated. Award winning gastropub 5 mins walk. A lovely rural retreat.

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Outside, unwind in seclusion in private woodland, a short walk away from the West Somerset Railway and the AONB of the Quantock Hills. An ideal getaway for two in first class, for families there is a bunk bed in the living room area. Dogs at additional cost.

Set in beautiful back drop of the Blackdown hills. Beauty spots such as Quantock hills, Jurassic coast, beaches Lyme Regis, West Bay, Sidmouth. Newly refurbished pub (The Bell) has outstanding reviews with pizza oven 5 mins walk and village shop / post office nearby. Airfryer has been added for the 2024 season.

Charming renovated, detached double bedroom studio with en-suite shower room in a pretty village which boasts a pub, cider mill and farmshop. Situated just outside the delightful town of Ilminster with its shops and cafes, the accomodation is minutes from both the A30 and M5. Parking, peace and quiet and use of a pretty courtyard garden, it's the perfect place to break a journey or stay for longer to explore the glorious countryside or visit the Jurassic Coast.

Large private gardens feature mature shrubs, flowers, trees, a Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. Dog friendly. The cottage is 100m from the lane, with parking available. Access is via a gate and mown path across a field. Please note: there is no vehicle access to the cottage.

The Old Mill stands above an idyllic millpond on the Somerset Levels overlooking the Blackdown Hills. The former studio of a renowned artist, it offers a uniquely romantic setting in which to unwind and relax. There are many walks straight from the door and the nearest pub is less than 2 miles away. Venturing further afield you can spend the day on the Jurassic Coast or visit some of the many National Trust properties in the area.

Lovingly converted spacious barn in a gorgeous courtyard setting, we have kept as many of the original features as possible. Extremely well equipped with super king bed and amazing walk in shower, the kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.
