Parking at the front of the house. 2 minute walk to the Greyhound pub, 10 minute walk through the village to the Pleasure Boat Inn on Hickling Broad. Here you can hire day boats, rowing boats, kayaks and paddle boards. Ideal for bird watchers, walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. 3.4 miles from the beach, popular with seal watchers.

Henrys Cottage is a place to make you smile. A warm friendly old fishermans cottage, where I hope you'll feel at home straight away, it is very comfortable & well equipped. Ideal for families & couples, with lots of things to keep you entertained. There is a pub, cafe, shop, fish and chips shop and the beach are all just minutes away. Pets & smoking are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE -Not suitable for people with limited mobility. Steep, wooden turning stairs- but my 82 yr old friend manages fine

With off-street parking, a large garden, and views from both bedrooms to Happisburgh lighthouse, it's an idyllic spot for a tranquil holiday. Downstairs, a cosy sitting room with fireplace and dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen, beyond which is a bathroom with over-bath shower.
