Villa Cap Vilano is a spacious 2-Bedroom 2-bathroom holiday home located on Magnetic Island within the World Heritage listed Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. The Island is located 10k off the coast from Townsville in Queensland. Our home is surrounded by large tropical gardens. Native birds and wildlife are abundant. Couples only- children under discussion not suitable for toddlers and small children as the property is not fenced only the pool area . Linden Lea is our family home with lot of personal artefacts about the home.

The house opens up to the kitchen, dining and lounge room, and then out to a huge back patio with views down to the river, park and playground. Outdoor furniture and bbque are provided. The kitchen has everything required. There is a flat screen television and DVD player in the lounge room. All of this area is air conditioned. Laundry has a top load washing machine. A great relaxing house with tranquil surroundings and abundant wildlife.
