Дом построен на земельном участке размером 1 гектар с уникальным ландшафтом. Из дома открывается прекрасный вид на горы покрытые лесами Хосровского заповедника. Дом очень просторный, с новым ремонтом.

Large 2-floor house overlooking the Garni temple and the mountain panorama, surrounded by an fruit garden (apples, pears, cherries, hazelnuts, etc.). The house is decorated with the works of Armenian artist Martirosyan. Three bedrooms, kitchen-living room, gallery, two bathrooms, 4 balconies. We offer our guests Armenian cuisine (breakfasts, lunches and dinners). We also hold a master class on painting plates on prepared stencils. There is a place for cooking barbeque.
