We are Gold Standard certified. We are two Canadians that sold everything we owned, packed it into a Jeep, and decided to embark on the journey of a lifetime. We built two eco-conscious cabins located in the heart of beautiful Placencia, just minutes walking distance from the beach, pier, restaurants, and local amenities and events. We don't offer A/C, but we do offer a pool and each cabin is equipped with a ceiling fan and a large positionable fan for your comfort.

The villa comes with a full kitchen, central AC, TV, internet, washer/dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and a half bathroom in the living room. Stairs Access is required for this villa.

We have 3 buildings upstairs with apartments and all utilities are included in the cost. Downstairs has Grocery store, Laundromat, and a Restaurant/Bar. The rooms are cozy and well decorated and furnished.
