The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Your private suite has: 1) a private bedroom /a queen-sized bed; 2) a private bath /a walk-in-shower; 3) a kitchenette with a Keurig Coffee maker, a microwave, a small sink plus an under-the-counter refrigerator with a separate freezer; 4) a locked private entry into a multi-purpose room that has a loveseat, TV, a drop-leaf table with 2 chairs. The suite has a new independent "HVAC air & vent system", totally separate from our HVAC system, so our Guests have complete temperature control.
