Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

The Hideaway: Farnsfield (5 mins from Southwell)

A rural retreat in Farnsfield on the doorstep of both Sherwood Forest and Southwell Town. All mod-cons, the Hideaway has the best of modern day living in a peaceful, quiet countryside location. The Hideaway is rural, nature walks left right and centre and with a Scandi style. With a super-comfy kingsized bed and a Juliet Balcony overlooking fields. With a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and newly fitted bathroom. Farnsfield is a thriving village with a bar/cafe, and several restaurants.

Set in the peaceful country village of Burton Joyce, in the stunning Trent valley, 20 Mins from vibrant Nottingham. A lovely studio apartment with ample off road parking, WiFi, Smart TV, central heating, kitchen area (kettle, toaster, fridge, combined microwave/oven, cutlery, plates). A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

Self contained ground floor annexe in large house close to the City of Nottingham and beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Sleeps 2/3. Master bedroom (double) with en-suite wet room, single bedroom, separate shower room/wc, fully equipped kitchen/living room. Under floor heating, wi-fi, Cable TV with Movie & Sports channels. On-street parking only but directly outside the property. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, and for the protection of guests, we currently leave a minimum of 24 hours between bookings.

The Old Stable, a secluded annex in Langar

A relaxing place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir for up to four guests. With country walks and great village pubs in the surrounding area and close proximity to Langar Hall Hotel. The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

Flat in Lady Bay &free parking - Riverside retreat

This 2 bedroom ground floor maisonette is close to the City centre, train and coach stations. Enjoy peace and quiet at this stylish place in the leafy suburb of Lady Bay West Bridgford. Park your car on the road in front of the flat. The apartment has been recently renovated and it has everything you will need, as well as the outdoor space. River Trent and open fields are very short walk away. Close to Central Avenue, Holme Pierrepont Water Sports Centre, Cricket Ground, Football stadiums.

We would love to welcome you to our sunny, warm & private annexe set within our garden. This accomodation is located in a quiet, respectful, residential, friendly & caring neighbourhood. We are very well placed to access the city but just as close to the countryside in the opposite direction. We are within walking distance of all local ammenities including pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists, hsirdressers, barbers, & more also close to bus stops with frequent service.

Fosse Paddock Country Studio 3 - Free Parking

Fosse Paddock Studios are 4 modern, clean, purpose built, self-contained ground level studio apartments in a countryside setting with secure parking. These will accommodate 2 Adults & possibly 2 small children. Each studio is open plan and includes a king sized bed, wardrobe, 2 free view TV's, kitchen area with cooking facilities, spacious bathroom, large walk-in shower as well as sofa bed. The kitchen area includes, fridge/freezer, combination microwave/oven, hob and most utensils.

The Barn

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Cosy Cottage near Nottingham- Blackberry Farm

Spacious country cottage escape in the quaint rural village of Clipston on the Wolds. Woodland walk footpath on the doorstep perfect dog walking. Once you’ve built up an appetite, nip to the farm shop next door for some locally sourced fresh produce…Or head to one of the many fantastic local pubs for a delicious meal. Just a 20 minute drive to Nottingham city centre, with Motorpoint arena, the City ground and Trent Bridge cricket ground even closer.

The Red Lodge Annexe

A well presented self contained annexe with private garden and hot tub, Nestled in the picturesque village of Woodborough in Nottinghamshire, this charming annexe is perfect for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat or even a stop gap for a family day out at one of Nottinghamshire's local attractions. The interior is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and cosy bedroom.

Luxurious and totally private suite with ensuite and kitchenette, set back in a stunning, peaceful garden, detached from house with own private entrance. Complete with Wi-Fi, TV, washing facilities and off street secure parking. Within walking distance to local amenities, village pubs and beautiful countryside, walks and bicycle paths alongside the river only minutes away. Additional single camp bed and travel cot available if required.
