2nd Floor Home with Fun Amenities!

You will find your oasis right in the middle of Holly Hill. This second floor get-a-way has modern amenities and is close to lots of the happening places/events in Daytona Beach. It is 3 miles to the beach, 5 miles to the Speedway, or 1 mile to the intercoastal. Also, if you want to venture further, you are less than a 2 hour drive to the Orlando theme parks or 1 hour north to the Oldest City! Like to play Pickleball? Pictona is only 5 blocks away! With 24 courts, it is a wonderful facility!

"Southern Comfort" Pool - Daytona & Ormond Beach

Nestled between the beaches of Daytona and Ormond, our vacation home has so much to offer! "Southern Comfort" is the prime location for some R&R or family adventure! Enjoy a BBQ by the POOL followed by a game of cornhole or spend the day walking the BEACH. Take in some excitement at DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY or sharpen your pickleball skills at PICTONA! Shop the TANGER OUTLETS or enjoy a dinner cruise on the HALIFAX RIVER! There's so much to do, you're just a short drive/walk to it all!

The Stillwater - Pool, Riverfront & Viewing Dock

The Stillwater is a relaxing riverfront getaway minutes from downtown Daytona Beach & The Speedway featuring a large screened pool with a brand-new travertine deck and a scenic viewing dock with bench seating. This 3-bedroom home includes a king suite with a handicap-accessible bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a twin room with trundle and workspace. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a front fire-pit seating area with skyline views, and an open-air garage that lets the river breeze flow through.

The Flamingo Ranch

The perfect family home that has a pack and play, booster seat beach chairs, toys and umbrella. The home is located three miles from the famous speedway and best beach in the world. Come visit great restaurants, tanger outlets and entertainment all within a five mile radius. This home sleeps 6. There are two queen beds and a pull out couch. The extra living room has a door so you can sleep in quiet on the pullout couch. There is a large driveway with room for a truck and trailer.

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.
