It was recently rebuilt to be handicap accessible with no steps — making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf.

Beach House with Fabulous Views

Our wonderful beach house at the West End of the island of Holden Beach is available off-season with a 3 night minimum, and on a weekly basis from Memorial Day through Labor day. We can sleep up to 7 with 4 bedrooms, and our home has unbeatable views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marsh and the Ocean. This end of the island is only 2 homes deep, and beach access is just across the street. There is a gate with a code to this end of the island, and vehicular traffic is very low as a result.

PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

We also supply beach towels, chairs, toys and a cart to haul it all in. The home has a fully stocked kitchen, a Weber grill, 3 smart TVs, an outdoor shower, a Keurig coffee maker (with k-cups to get you started) and much more!

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. The Peach Pelican is a newer 3rd row home on the quiet west end of Holden Beach. A 2 minute walk leads you to private beach access. We have a wide porch overlooking the pool, and a large pool deck to enjoy the back yard. We are kid friendly with games, books, bikes, and plenty more to make your stay enjoyable! *Summer rentals are Saturday-Saturday* As of 9/15/26 Airbnb requires our nightly rate to include their fees too.
