Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Own cottage with ocean view

Gilbjergstien B&B A lovely, bright cottage on Gilbjergstien with beautiful views of Kattegat, The Sound and Kullen. The cottage is set back in an old garden and has its own sunny veranda and terrace. In addition, you will have your own exit to Gilbjergstien, with direct access to the city and hiking trails along the sea. Leave your car. You won't need it anymore. The cottage is in walking distance to everything in Gilleleje. Enjoy the quiet evenings and watch the big ships sail by.

Nydningen

Nydningen finder sted på landet, fyldt med natur og god udsigt direkte ud over Arresø. Nydningen egner sig til en romantisk overnatning, til jer der sætter pris på en af de bedste solnedgange i Danmark Seperat og privat køkken og toilet/bad finder sted i seperat bygning, en kort gåtur fra hytten -Køkken indeholder ovn, komfur, køl, kaffemaskine, og i har det for jer selv) -Medbring selv sengelinned (eller tilkøb på stedet) -ingen wifi på stedet Følg os: nydningenarresoe

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Sommerhus i første række, sauna og egen strand

Nyt Sommerhus i absolut 1. række og egen strand ved musholmbugten og kun 1 time fra København. Huset er på 50m2 og med 10m2 anneks. I huset er der entre, bad/toilet med sauna, soveværelse samt et stort køkken/stue med alkove. Fra stue er der adgang til dejlig stor hems. Huset har aircondition og brændeovn. Anneks indeholder værelse med dobbelt seng. Hus og anneks er forbundet af træterrasse og der er udebruser med varmt vand. Soveværelse i huset samt hems og alkove.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Rørvig Gamle Skole, Lejlighed på 1.Sal

På "Rørvig Gamle Skole"udlejer vi 1. sal med 2 værelser, opholdsrum(repos), dejligt køkken og badeværelse. Der vil være mulighed for ekstra opredning. Vi, værterne, Jørgen og Ulla, bor selv i stueetagen og der er fælles indgang til huset fra gårdhaven, som vores gæster kan benytte. Huset ligger centralt i den gamle bydel med 2 min. gang til Isefjorden og med gangsti til Rørvig Havn og 1,5 km til Kattegat med en af landets bedste badestrande.

Uanset årstiden, inviterer denne skjulte bolig ved Jammerland Bugt til uforglemmelige oplevelser, fra forfriskende svømmeture og vinterbade til naturskønne vandreture langs kysten. Vores strandhus er det perfekte udgangspunkt for at udforske alt, hvad dette fantastiske område har at tilbyde.

Charming timber beachhouse in the front row with a view over Sejrø Bay. 5 lovely bedrooms with views of nature and water, and a terrace with a view over the water/Sejrø Bay. Private child-friendly sandy beach, and spa/wilderness bath on the terrace. (Note that you can rent our additional house with 6 additional sleeping places, which is located right next door.)

Dejlig sommerhus tæt på København.

Dejligt lyst sommerhus på 80m2. Ligger 70 m fra vandet. Med adgang til, fælles privat strandgrund, med badebro. Stor sydvendt træ terrasse i dejlig lukket have, på 800m2 grund. 10 minutter til Køge. Og 45 minutter til København. 15 minutter til Stevens klint. Huset bliver ikke udlejet til familier med børn under 8 år.
