Sanctuary Suite, Ramot Hashavim & Ceramic Studio

This is a wonderful unit located in Moshav Ramot Hashavim, between Raanana, Kfar Saba & Hod Hashron and 5 min ride from the train sta. Orna and I and our cat leave above the unit which has its own entrance. Orna's Ceramic Studio is next to it and is available for a fee. The unit has 2 large bedrooms and la arge living room, small kitchen and bathroom, a shelter (which we share) backyard sitting and play area for kids. Across the street there is the Moshav playground a local truck-cafe.

In the heart of Tel Aviv, right on Bialik Square- a World Heritage Site and the most beautiful spot in the city. Close to the beach, Dizengoff, Nachlat Benyamin and Shankin street and yet the most quiet street in town. The apartment has been renovated just recently, keeping its authentic Tel Aviv design and vibe. The City Museum, Bialik House and the iconic square are just down the stairs and excellent restaurants and cafes are all around, No private parking. No smoking, no pets.

Nice studio bedroom, best for single or two people (No children and or pets please) Very close to the beach (less than 100 meters), private lawn to sit and watch the sunset. 20 min from Tel Aviv by car. Small kitchen for small meals and snacks. Nespresso machine included. The room is located in a very quiet area. Please no BBQs or loud music. Explicitly PLEASE No Smoking in the room.
