Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Per Bus, Bahn o. Strassenbahn in Wien. Ein paar Schritte entfernt ist der Kurpark oder der Doblhoffpark mit dem Rosarium u. einem Teich zum Rudern. Ein schönes Casino oder Theater ist in Gehnähe. Auch der Kaiser v. Österreich oder Ludwig van Beethoven fühlten sich in Baden wohl. Thermen gab es schon seit der Römerzeit in Baden. In 4 Minuten ist man in der Römertherme mit Schwefelbecken u. Sauna

Die ehemalige Garage wurde mit viel Liebe in ein barrierefreies Loft-artiges Studio mit E-Ladestation umgestaltet. Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Du urlaubst bei uns idyllisch am Waldesrand, unter der Burg Mödling gelegen, 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die historische Babenbergerstadt Mödling mit ihrem einmaligen mittelalterlichen Ambiente, Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants. Und wenn Du die Großstadt Wien besuchen willst, dann nimmst Du von Mödling aus den Zug nach Wien und stehst nach 30 Minuten vor dem Stephansdom in Wien im Stadtzentrum. Direkt von uns gibt es zahlreiche Wander- und Mountainbikerouten, und viel Kulturelles zu entdecken.

Privates Appartement im Süden von Wien

Die helle und großzügige Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Mödlinger Fußgängerzone entfernt. Die Fußgängerzone bildet das Zentrum Mödlings und bietet einige Cafes, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch der Wienerwald ist nur ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Von der Goldenenstiege aus, können Sie viele schöne Ausflugsziele erreichen und die Wienerwald erkunden. Der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet eine schnelle und komfortable Anbindung nach Wien.

It is well connected to the public transport and underground parking is available (not suitable for large vehicles). Central shopping precinct and several parks are within walking distance. Enjoy a carefree stay in the town of Baden with excellent transport connections to central Vienna.

House Beethoven

About this accommodation: Bright, cozy, light-flooded house with a sizzling garden in the sunny south of Vienna. The house is in the green belt of Vienna, from where the city and the main tourist attractions can be easily reached via the well-developed transport network, Park&Ride or by tram. The Mödlinger Au immediately behind the house invites you to take a walk towards the monastery garden. Authentic Heurige (wine makers) invite you to taste their famous wines.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
