This property was previously owned by a local family for almost 100 years and Beresford's House shows you a glimpse of the past through photographs and memorabilia from a bygone era. The property has been modernised to ensure a comfortable stay whilst retaining many original features.

The accommodation has been fitted out to impress with well equipped Lounge/Diner Kitchen with Cooker & hob/microwave & fridge freezer, the bedroom has a super king size double bed which can be split into two 3ft singles, and a double size shower/bathroom, also use of a private outside Patio area.

Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.
