Enjoy the entire lower level duplex and use of the back yard with patio set for dining. Please note the upper tenant may also want to use this space so this area could be shared. We would love to greet you but are also fine with allowing you to access with a code on the front door. We live nearby and are happy to make suggestions for dining or things to do. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is separate from the rest of the house by the private patio. 2 bicycles with helmets are here as well. The house is located in the Hillcrest neighborhood - easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars of Hillcrest and North Park, the San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park.

The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a giant couch that pulls out into a bed that is similar to a queen bed. Large dining table converts to a ping pong/pool table!
