The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. The petite one-and-a-half-storey castle was built in 1852 by Scottish shipowner Donald McIntosh and was lovingly restored in 2023 by local heritage carpenter, Peter Reid.
