Welcome to the Sunset Garden room. You will be staying in a hand built studio apartment featuring a Queen bed, a kitchenette, a small table, and a sitting/reading nook. There is a well lit handicap accessible private entrance, and sliding glass doors to a bluestone patio. The bathroom features a wheelchair accessible shower, and a soaking tub. You will be walking distance from the town , with a fine selection of eateries and shops . Nature abounds, with close access to trails.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers custom cabinetry & granite countertops. The full bath offers a walk-in European shower with dual shower heads. The location is steps away from the rail trail where you can bike or walk. Stone Ridge and High Falls are a half-mile away for all your shopping. Situated between the majestic Shawangunks and the Catskills; outdoor activities, farm to table restaurants, breweries and farmers markets abound.
