Located above one of Tunbridge Wells oldest pubs ‘Beau Nash’, tucked away down a private drive away from the main road. The Beau Nash is a lovely, quirky pub with stunning garden & excellent food. Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Furbelows is a three bedroom apartment at Perch House, directly on the beach at Lancing. There is no road between you and the sea, just the pebbles, which is the whole point. Sea views from two sides and a south facing balcony. Sleeps six, two bathrooms. Two of the single beds can be made up into a double, just ask when you book. The Perch cafe is on the ground floor and every flat has a fob for the gym. Named after furbelows, a seaweed that grows off this coast.
