You’ll be a short distance away from all downtown has to offer, like Parkview Field, the Embassy Theatre, the Botanical Conservatory, Electric Works, The Landing, and tons of restaurants and shopping. West Central is a quiet neighborhood on the western side of downtown Fort Wayne, and it is a part of the National Register of Historic Places.

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.
