Estamos situados a 5 minutos a pie de Derwent Water y del puerto deportivo de Nicol End para practicar kayak y actividades acuáticas. Portinscale tiene un pub que sirve comida y una cafetería. Nuestros lugares favoritos para comer cerca son Swinside Inn y el restaurante Ivy en Braithwaite. Keswick se encuentra a solo 5 minutos en coche o a 20 minutos a pie para salir a comer, ir de compras y practicar deportes al aire libre.

It provides a unique location for walking, honeymoons, or romantic getaways and is perfect for that special anniversary, birthday or simply for those just wanting to relax. Located next to the owners’ home, but still maintaining solitude and privacy, the cottage is surrounded by open fields and is a haven for wildlife.

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. The Coach House is an eighteenth century building at the heart of the village of Hesket Newmarket. The village has a famous community pub, the Old Crown, a shop and a brewery and is a great base for exploring the northern fells or as a stop on the Cumbria Way. The Coach House has been a moot hall, a musical instrument workshop and a garage. It became a house in the 1980s and was restored in 2023 to make a comfortable holiday home.

We are a 15 minute walk into the village or 2 minutes by car. Please note we welcome very well behaved dogs, but strictly not on the furniture or upstairs on the beds.
