Leiligheten er godt utstyrt med alt du trenger til et trivelig opphold. Det er kort vei til fine turområder både sommer og vinter, og kun en liten biltur ned til Mjøsa. Gåavstand til tog og buss.

Passer derfor best til familier eller gode venner, samt at det er mulig å re opp ei ekstra seng på "biblioteket". Det er ca 10 minutters gangavstand ned til sentrum med jernbanestasjon og Høgskolen og 3 km opp til Birkebeinerstarten, samt ca 3 km til Rena leir. Det finnes også ett lysthus/drivhus på eiendommen som kan benyttes til å inta morgenkaffen eller slappe av med en god bok

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, one bathroom with 2 showers, garage, laundry room, 2 terraces with one of them as a partial winter garden, open plan kitchen and living room.
