Walking distance to the nearest supermarket, the town centre and restaurants, Fernkloof Nature Reserve as well as Langbaai, Kammabaai and Voelklip beaches along the coastal path across the road right in front of the house. Charming, comfortable, bright, upstairs -studio leading onto a balcony with scenic views of the indigenous gardens, mountains and glimpses of the sea. The cliff path is a few minutes away from all the beaches and Fernkloof Nature Reserve is close by to explore our many mountain trails and unique 'fynbos" flora, overlooking the town of Hermanus and up into the mountains. Several good restaurants are close by and in walking distance. At night driving to eat out is the best option.
