The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Only 5 Minutes to Hendersonville Downtown, 20 minutes from Asheville, 15 minutes from Green River Game Lands and 5-15 trails in the area.

No chores just enjoy this peaceful pasture, soak in the hot tub and feel a million miles away while only being 4 Miles to trail heads in Bent Creek, 2 miles to the Bent Creek river park and access (you can borrow my Kayaks or tubes) and 2 miles to the Blue Ridge parkway and Arboretum. 10 Miles to downtown Asheville. great location for hikes and mountain biking. This is a tiny house on a sheep farm. Early or late check in/out might be available on request.

Secluded mountain escape with blazing fast WIFI (gigabit fiber optic). I've been personally building this studio for 2 years, and can’t wait to share my vision and hard work with you. The space is located up 16 stairs in the carriage house. It's about a mile from Hendersonville's Historic Main Street and yet secluded on 2 acres in wooded Laurel Park. A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests.

Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood, the Byrd Box is a mile from our quaint downtown with shops, restaurants, and local pubs; a 20 minute drive from hiking trails, waterfalls, and apple orchards; and a short hour from the ski slopes! Come relax on our porch swing and enjoy the beautiful Blueridge Mountains. UPDATE: we recently added a fire pit patio area for your use. *Please note that our home is accessed via a short set of stairs.

Directly across the French Broad River from Sierra Nevada Brewing and just 15 minutes from Asheville Regional Airport, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the farm while roasting marshmallows and enjoying a glass of wine on your private deck.

Cyclists love the location 12 minutes to DuPont Forest with its great trails and 6 minutes to Oscar Blues brewery for refreshment after a day in the Forest!
