Come enjoy a private mountain apartment, near Biltmore Estate, AVL airport, and Blue Ridge Parkway. We are nestled in a lovely rural, wooded neighborhood that feels remote, but is only a few miles from convenience. Our rental is a PRIVATE basement apartment in our home with a separate entrance about 1500 sq ft. We live upstairs with our 2 children and dog, guests will occasionally hear us. If you’re looking for a clean, spacious place to stay near Asheville, we have the perfect space for you. :)

I've taken my two end bedrooms (450sq feet) and turned the space into an efficiency apartment with a cottage feel. The space has it's own entrance, bath, bedroom, pantry area, livingroom space and full kitchen. Nestled in a quiet and friendly older neighborhood-great for walking. 3.6 miles from downtown Hendersonville, 7.5 mi. to AVL airport, 30 miles to Tryon Equestrian Center. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.

Enjoy peace and quiet here with a private entrance, space, and patio. Close to Brevard, Dupont, Pisgah. The studio is in a quiet home and neighborhood. Bike wash, tools, and help are available. Wake up to a peaceful and private view of rhododendron and mountain laurel. You may even see a white squirrel or black bear. This is our home. We work hard to create a peaceful, cozy space for you.
