On Strawberry Creek in Idyllwild's historic district, the Owl Pine Guest Cabin was built in 1922. It's the best of both worlds w/ plenty of nature (burbling creek, rock paths, trees, birds, mountain air, stars) + close to civilization (the property is near restaurants/shops). Native rock fireplace, hot tub, eclectic art, record collection/player, games, books, TV, Wifi, BBQ, fire pit hang deck. We have a chicken coop, happy to leave eggs at the cabin upon request. Like with water. And rocks. And fishies. At DTWild you can soak in the hot tub, rekindle by the fire, bbq, ping pong under the pines, nap in the hammock, stargaze, explore, watch movies, work if you must, play games, namaste it up, dance it off, play in the snow, howl at the moon, and yes we have Wifi.

Tucked under the magnificent Tahquitz Peak and nestled between mature, towering pine, cedar and oak trees. The views are magical and restorative. This is the perfect spot for you to unwind, recharge, restore, connect, disconnect, think and not think.

There is another cabin next to this one, that sleeps two, that I also rent. NO Partiers! Quiet Hrs 10pm-7am.
