Awaken in a bright, cheerful space with views of a quaint village from first floor windows. A cottage-like feel is created by painted wood panelling and traditional furnishings designed for comfort. Have breakfast at table nestled under a skylight. Situated in a peaceful Cornish village, Little Anvil occupies a central position (both the north and south coast are within easy reach) ideal for exploring beautiful West Cornwall. A newly converted first-floor apartment which forms part of the owners 18th century cottage, one of the oldest in the village. With its own private entrance, the apartment is full of character, with luxurious touches and modern appliances - a welcoming and comfortable place to return to after your day out. In addition to this we are next door to the village pub, where you can relax with a drink in the beer garden, have a meal or chat with locals. The pub also has a small shop for essential supplies. The open plan living/kitchen area is well equipped with a large flat screen, Smart TV for relaxing in the evening, plus a Bluetooth speaker for your music and free wi-fi. If you like to cook the kitchen/dining area facilities include an induction hob, full size oven, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washer-dryer should you need it, and heating for the colder months. The bedroom is decorated in a relaxing French style with a king-size bed, luxurious linen, and an en-suite shower room. If you are bringing your dog with you there is an enclosed outdoor courtyard area for convenience, which also has a covered storage area for bicycles/kayak. The nearest town is the historic market town of Helston (4 miles), famous for its Spring celebration - Flora Day. The thriving and pretty coastal town of Falmouth is a short drive (for visitors to the University campus, it is only a 10min drive) and the beautiful port of Porthleven with its many fine restaurants is also within a 15-20minute drive. Nearby is the stunning coastline of The Lizard Peninsula, or you could travel towards the evocative and mysterious landscape of West Penwith, stopping to visit St Michaels Mount on your way to unforgettable St Ives and beyond. West Cornwall has so many stunning places to visit, that we hope you will want to return time and again. Sole and private access to all areas of apartment with own private entrance and key for coming and going! The apartment also has an enclosed courtyard area with storage for bikes if required. The apartment is in the village of Porkellis, close to art and culture, restaurants, a beach, and family-friendly activities. West Cornwall is known for its heathland, golden sand, artists' colonies, ancient stone circles, and Iron Age villages. We are in a rural location, so a car is highly recommended. However there is a bus stop just outside the apartment, but village buses are mysterious infrequent animals. The nearest town is Helston, approx 4 miles, and the nearest train station, Redruth is 8 miles. The A30, which is the main road connecting Cornwall with the rest of the UK is approx 10 miles. Nearest ferry port is Plymouth (50 miles) and the nearest Airport is Newquay (31 miles). The nearest international airport is Bristol (166 miles) The apartment has its own entrance and courtyard and is adjacent to the main house which is occupied by the owners.

A beautiful captains cottage, of granite stone built, 1820 ideal for 2 adults 2 teenagers, a self contained flat, free street parking, private entrance, kitchenette, wood stove fire (free wood provided), beautiful original flagstone flooring, exposed ceiling beams and a stunning walk in shower. As soon as you walk in time seems to stop, it will be difficult to leave. There is a magic here, perhaps it's the colors emanating from the natural walls & floor. A lovely detached studio cottage, nestled in the peace and tranquillity of the countryside, Recently renovated in a sleek and modern style with all the benefits of mod cons and located in the grounds of a former vicarage, Woodman's Cottage offers spacious open plan living for two people. Also a double sofa bed which sleeps 1 or 2. The cottage has shared access to the apple orchard, swimming lake and woodland - part of the Trenoweth estate but also has its very own private and enclosed terrace.

We are a short stroll to the beach and harbour with its award-winning restaurants and a great selection of cafes, pubs, shops, gym and market.

The Pinewood Cabin gives a camping experience with the comforts of home. The cabin has been decorated using recycled products and mismatched design giving it a comfortable feel, an ideal place to stay for those seeking a more natural setting. Our newly fitted log burner gives a traditional and cosy feel allowing comfortable winter stays. There is also the opportunity to meet our permanent residents of horses, goats, sheep, geese, ducks, chickens, pigs and our lovely mule called 'Cookie'.

Located at the foot of Tregonning Hill, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, stunning coastal walks are on the doorstep. 1 small, well behaved, dog is very welcome!

You'll discover our traditional Cornish self-contained annexe surrounded by daffodil fields, close to the beautiful Lizard peninsula with full use of a delightful enclosed private garden. The quintessential fishing village of Porthleven is a 10 minute drive, the cobbled streets of St Ives are 30 minutes, while the famous Poldark mine is less than 5 minutes by car. Local beaches include Dollar Cove, Church Cove, Poldhu and Kynance Cove.

Lamarth Farm Cottage is part of a new extension to our farmhouse. It is a modern comfortable 2 bedroom cottage, which is dog friendly and ideally situated for exploring the Lizard Peninsula and West Cornwall. You don't need to go far from Lamarth Farm to find sandy beaches, the SW coastal path and small villages with wonderful restaurants and pubs Kynance Cove, St Michaels Mount, Lizard Point, Porthleven and the Helford River and so many more just waiting to be discovered…

Cosy barn close to coast path and Praa Sands

Elmfield barn is conveniently situated on the A394 for exploring the beautiful west Cornwall coast and countryside. The comfortable accommodation is ideal for couples who appreciate having the great outdoors on their doorstep, yet within easy reach of many places of interest and excellent restaurants and pubs. The A394 can be quite busy at times, so some traffic noise can be heard during the day when the windows are open. Fans are provided for when the weather is hot.
